Over the past few days, Customers and Associates with recipients in the Russian Federation may have experienced a problem with deliverability of e mail and Talk Fusion Video E mail sent to addresses with mail.ru or associated domain.
Talk Fusion have determined the reason for this lapse in deliverability was a technical malfunction on the part of mail.ru. The domain inadvertently reported these emails as SPAM to Talk Fusion, and other recipients were automatically opted out of the sender's Address book.
This error has been corrected, and any contacts opted out have been reinstated by Talk Fusion.
